The Asanas from the most important part of therapeutic yoga if we properly practiced with Hatha Yoga, proper breathing and progressive awareness one will find that all yogic practices yield varying degress of relaxation and anti-stress effect. The proper breathing and practice of Pranayam we are more concerned with achieving conscious relaxation. These practices correct the postural substrate, impart quality to the body build, flexibility to faints, muscles, tendons and entire connective tissue system. Yoga lays special stress on cleanliness, purity and thruthfulness in improving the quality of life.
