With the expansion of higher education healthcare enrollment, training standardized patients to provide effective feedback is a viable solution which allows faculty and staff to focus on other areas of simulation. The literature reveals a gap in best practices and shared resources for training standardized patients. As a response to the gap, this project attempts to provide a plan to create an online or hybrid workshop using Blackboard learning management system as a support to train standardized patients to provide both written and verbal feedback.
