Art Therapists should know how to anticipate, it is necessary to know how to read every patient, they are similar to a book. The creative process which is found during each session is extremely interesting. The therapist should have the ability to know which exercises are good according to the patient's situation. Working with different cases for years makes you a better person and a better professional. Of course, each patient is unique, there are not like drops of water. The only thing that it is not unique are the problems or situations. Each one is the same, but each patient will react different to each of them. Everybody had the loss of a beloved person, depression, addictions, loneliness, chronic illnesses, and we may name more situations... Helping future professionals is still my goal, take this book as a support for your professional development. I know it may not change your perspective, and it is not my intention to do it. My only purpose is to be just a sand grain in this beautiful world full of Art.
