Book excerpt: In Tennessee, the 1973 Tennessee Real Estate Brokers Act, Rules, and Regulations together with the Tennessee Timeshare Act govern real estate broker licensing. To be eligible for the broker examination, a candidate must have held an ACTIVE license as an affiliate broker for a pre-specified amount of time.
