Volume I includes the results of the three Visual Alertness Stressor Tests (VAST) and the results of the cause and stressor identification effort. Volume II is a compilation of the ten individual in-depth reports of the ten collisions that were investigated by Wyle during 1975. Some analyses of causes are presented as in an analysis of the differences between the collision data received from the WATS accident reporting system (the source of accident information leading to accident investigations) and the collision data in CG-357-1975 (representative of all collisions).
