Many people, including family, lost their jobs and their livelihood and were uncertain about the future. I was heartbroken to see pain and despair all around me. So I decided to pick up a pen and I started to write. Writing gave me peace and I was able to navigate through all my emotions and find my happiness again. This book is a combination of wisdom I put together that helped me ground myself. I cannot take full credit for the contents of this book. I shared much of what I had learned over the years and combined it with my personal experiences. I hope you can use what is on these pages to find your peace and learn how to love yourself again, as I have.
