In (1), to Winter, Palmer indicates that he was not previously aware of the "Abbey-Tribune-row" and declares that he has "no connection with his enterprise beyond renting him the theatre." (2), also to Winter, expresses gratitude for Winter's recent address before the Goethe Society. (3), to Frohman, expresses that it would be a pleasure to witness the inauguration of a managers association of the city of New York. Letterhead for (1-2) is "Madison Square Theatre, Mr. A.M. Palmer, sole manager" and (3) Herald Square Theatre.
