Frequencies can powerfully impact human emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being. They are instrumental in healing or harming individuals, depending on the frequency they get exposed to. Sound frequencies are perhaps the most common type of frequency. Sound waves are vibrations that travel through the air (or any other medium) and cause ears to vibrate, creating sound. The pitch of a sound gets determined by how fast the waves are vibrating. The higher the pitch, the faster the waves will vibrate. Sound frequencies can be used to heal or harm people.
