Looking back on her life, she realized that being a spiritually sensitive child caused her to be shy, nervous and afraid through out most of her childhood. Stella, the main character, represents the young child Jennifer once was. Regina, the supporting character, represents Jennifer all grown up with a better understanding of her spiritual gifts who now helps others. In this book, designed to help other children between the ages of five and twelve years old, Stella talks about the strange things that she senses and feels with being a child of the stars. Regina comes in to help her understand that children of the stars can sense and see other things most children don't sense and see. Regina offers Stella great advice and simple things she can do to help her feel better so she can enjoy her childhood without her sensitivities getting in the way of that.
