Dr. Minos, has Dr. Fredrick concerned that he is about to commit treason against all of the earth's inhabitants. Recently, a few military bases have become infested with what the local people call chupacabras, but Dr. Minos knows exactly what these creatures are and from where they have come. Dr. Fredrick has been trying to find evidence.
