This book estimates the extent and severity of food insecurity across diverse groups of Hispanic households using 2011-2014 data from the Current Population Survey's Food Security Supplement. Furthermore, this book analyzes immigrant families' Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) participation and food insecurity, using the Food Security Supplement of the Current Population Survey, 2003-10.
