We Wichí are an indigenous people who since the time of our ancestors have lived in part of what is known as the Gran Chaco. Its territory extends over a region that at present is divided among the neo nations of Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay. Even today, five centuries after the invasion of the Europeans, this territory is not recognized. I believe that true patriots are those who care about protecting the land, health and life of people, and in this way become citizens of the world without any racial or prejudicial restrictions.
