Al though written by the author the substance has been approved by the other members of the joint Committee. The remainder of the book has been approved by Dr. Bloodgood and Dr. Ewing, with the exception of those portions in which the author's indi vidual views are clearly expressed. These official nomenclature sheets may be obtained from the Registrar's office. One is enclosed in each of the boxes of registered cases, which we send from lab oratory to laboratory for the opinions of our colleagues.
